About the Shiba Inu
The Shiba Inu is Japan’s most popular companion dog and one of the most ancient and beloved breeds in the world. Originally bred for hunting small game and birds in the mountainous regions of Japan, the Shiba Inu is the smallest and likely the oldest of the six native Japanese spitz-type breeds.
